Landscaping

This weekend we are taking a break from dog shows and working on our landscaping project. This morning we went to the nursery to buy a couple of trees and three bushes. We planted our new weeping Japanese maple tree in the front and the three bushes along the side of the house. Then I pruned our front bushes while Mike worked on cutting bricks for the pathway. Tonight we need to rest up from all the hard work, so we are going to take in a movie. "Must Love Dogs" is the choice. There are others I would like to see, but they are not showing around here.

Korbel

Kim Katanik who owns Slider (Korbel's dad) was gracious enough to take Korbel into the ring at the Wauksha cluster. Korbel placed two out of three days in the very competitive 9 to 12 month class. Here are Korbel and Kim right before they went in the ring.

Waukesha

We just returned from a very intersting weekend in Waukesha Wisconsin. We showed Korbel and our Pomeranians. Here is Mike getting one of the Poms ready for the ring. The hot weather sent him looking for shelter from the sun. See where he found it!
