Table Topper

Some people put a pot of flowers on their deck table. That isn't possible at our house, but we have our own version of a flower pot. Ms. Korbel loves to view the yard from above...way above the rest of the crowd. It has its advantages. She is closer to the squirrels this way.

Best in Match

Treasure stepped out with her junior handler Eric at the Greater Muskegon Kennel Club match today and was Best in Match adult. Eric also showed our Pomeranian Treat to Adult Toy Group 1. Congratulations Eric and thank you!

Best in Sweeps

Liz judged sweepstakes at the Pomeranian Club of Michigan specialty show at St Clair Kennel Club over the weekend. Here is her Best in Sweeps pick, a lovely black and silver boy owned by Nancy Coddington. He went on to be Winners Dog and Best of Winners later in the day at the specialty under judge Fred Bassett.

Labor Day Weekend

There is always lots to do at Solid Gold even if it is Labor Day weekend. After a walk late Saturday the dogs want some ice-cream of their own. Then Phantom climbs up on a chair to take a much needed nap.

Miss Treasure

Miss Treasure was beautifully shown by junior handlers Jessie and Eric over the wekeend in Marquette. Since Eric went back to the hotel before I could find the judge, I posed with my lovely gal. Here she is looking very pretty.

Melissa and Sasha Venture Out

Melissa Moerland with her Samoyed Sasha competing in Novice A at the Marquette Kennel Club rally trial this past weekend. They got their Novice title in three shows with 3rd, 2nd and 1st place. The final day they had a perfect score of 100! Congratulations!
